When we reviewed the email further we discovered a few things that didn’t seem right:

1. The email was not from a PayPal email.
2. The logo looked good but was not the PayPal logo.
3. When hovering over the “links” (we hovered over the links and did NOT click). We noticed the links were not going to a PayPal site, when you hover a link in Chrome you will see the URL popup in the bottom left of your browser window.

Please remember if you notice a suspicious email like this one check a few things before moving forward.
